I stayed at Riosol and they provided free airport pick-up in a comfortable van with AC. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were honest about the restaurant not being available and even recommended eating outside for better food. They even gave us a complimentary ride to the airport. Would definitely come back. highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Tarapoto. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to Tarapoto main square and the city center. It made it easy for me to explore the downtown area and enjoy all that Tarapoto has to offer. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which was a much-needed relief from the heat. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there were no major issues.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the center of all things and offering a quiet and clean room with friendly service. the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spotless, and the breakfast is quite satisfying with eggs and other delicious items to choose from. the staff are always happy to help and provide free airport transfers. the double-glazed windows keep out any excess street noise.

Stayed here during Easter and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, which was a relief from the heat.
